In the event that your product is defective, we will replace your product at no cost to you. Please contact us with a description and (if applicable) attach images of the defects.

If you do decide to return your pillow, please contact us for an RMA number. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not reimburse shipping costs or issue UPS pre-paid returns.
